A Heavy Foot is defined as any infantry unit that is moderately armored. A strict criteria is as follows: A Heavy Foot is equipped either with a Shield, or a set of Leather Armour or Chainmail Armour, or both shield and aforementioned armour. A Plate Armour negates the definition of a Heavy Foot and this figure then becomes an Armoured Foot.
